Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Workshops, Events, Classes, and Camps at Miskolczi Mathematics Education and Consulting

These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and protocols for workshops, events, classes, and camps organized by Miskolczi Mathemtics Education and Consulting in Switzerland. By booking and participating in our workshops, events, classes, or camps, you agree to the following:

1. Kindness and Respect

We strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Parents, guardians, and children are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.

2. Respect for the Venue and Materials

Participants must handle all furnishings, equipment, and materials with care. While we monitor the appropriate use of materials, we recognize that accidents can occur. Children should always act in a safe and responsible manner to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for all.

3. Safety First

The safety of all participants is our top priority. By enrolling in our workshops, events, classes, or camps, you confirm that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that would make participation unsafe. Any inappropriate behavior should be addressed immediately by the instructor, guardian, or responsible adult to maintain a positive atmosphere.

4. Photography and Media Policy

We may document our workshops, events, classes, and camps through photographs and videos to share on our social media and promotional materials. However, we respect privacy and will never capture or share identifiable images of children’s faces or disclose their names. Instead, we may feature the learning environment and participants’ creations. If you have any concerns, please inform us in writing before the session.

5. Permission to Participate

By enrolling your child in our workshops, events, classes, or camps, you acknowledge and accept that participation is voluntary. You release and hold Miskolczi Mathemtics Education and Consulting harmless from any liability that may arise in connection with these activities.

6. Punctuality and Attendance

Workshops, events, classes, and camps are designed to start and finish on time to ensure the best experience for all participants. Late arrivals disrupt the session, and as our activities are structured with a planned number of participants, we cannot accommodate latecomers.

7. Payment Policy

By registering for a workshop, event, class, or camp, you enter into a binding payment agreement. Participants will receive an invoice at the beginning of the following month for the attended sessions. To issue the invoice, we require a name and address. Payments must be settled within the stated period. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of participation in future activities.

8. Cleanliness and Venue Use

To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, all participants must keep the venue tidy. Depending on the venue, participants may be required to remove outdoor shoes upon entering. Please respect the space and follow any additional cleanliness guidelines provided by the instructor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
By enrolling your child in our workshops, events, classes, or camps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will apply to your child’s participation in all current and future activities.
